Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange.

You can return or exchange your items for up to 45 days after the purchase date. Products must be in the original packaging with all included documentation, unless the product is defective. Unfortunately, we cannot return any items that are not in resellable condition. If you would like to return or exchange your items in our store, you may do so for a full refund less the original shipping charges.

Do to sanitary reasons we cannot accept any returns of the following products unless they are completely factory sealed and never been opened: lotions, diaper accessories, breast pumps, feeding items, potties, and undergarments. We also cannot accept returns of any DVD/CDs, unless the factory packaging is still intact.

If you purchase a defective item, please contact Magic Beans at damages@mbeans.com, before returning your item. Manufactures deal with defective items in different ways, and in order to expedite your exchange process, you need to contact us before shipping items back. Defective items sent to Magic Beans without prior contact may not be returnable.

When returning an item, please return it in the original shipping box, and enclose a copy of your invoice or gift receipt. If you are unable to find the invoice or receipt, please enclose on a sheet of paper, your name, address, phone number, email, and the approximate date that you placed your order or received your gift. Also please indicate if the item was a gift, and who it was from. Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured. Magic Beans is not responsible for returns that get lost in the mail. We will not accept any freight collect returns. Returns without a receipt or invoice may only be returned for store credit.

Returning a gift? You may return items that were received as a gift even if your order was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase. Just indicate to us that the item was a gift at the time of return, and Magic Beans will send you a gift certificate for the amount of the returned items.
